On March 1, the Wallingford Community Senior Center offers an event to learn about the ideal diet for brain health and healthy aging

On Friday, March 1 from 2:15-3:15pm, graduate students of the Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics Program at UW will be at Seattle's Wallingford Community Senior Center to talk about the ideal diet for brain health and healthy aging. Come on by to learn more and get your questions answered!

The Wallingford Community Senior Center is located on the first floor of the Good Shepherd Center (GSC) on the corner of N. 50th Street and Sunnyside Avenue in Seattle, address: 4649 Sunnyside Ave N, Suite 140. Free parking is available in the first lot in the GSC traffic loop, left of the building or on the street. Parking can be scarce. GSC is located near several bus stops. You’ll find the Senior Center slightly hidden behind hedges on the sidewalk. There is an accessible ramp and a small set of stairs that will take you down to the first level. Once inside, turn right and go to the end of the hall.
