Wisdom Cafe

King County Library System offers a "Wisdom Cafe" on October 19

On Thursday, October 19 from 2 to 3:30pm, the King County Library System is offering a free “Wisdom Cafe” at the Richmond Beach Library.

Wisdom Cafes provide space for older adults to engage in ongoing and facilitated conversations about livability issues affecting all people as we grow older.

The October 19 Wisdom Cafe is entitled Tapping into Gifts and Talents. It asks the question: Do you have skills to offer but, now that you are retired, you don’t know who needs them? Do you have skills unused at work that you would like to offer up to others?

Registration is not required for this free workshop.

The event is held at the Richmond Beach Library, located at 19601 21st Avenue NW in Shoreline, 206-546-3522.
