Memory Loss: A Guide to Next Steps

Have you recently been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment or dementia?

On Thursday, March 14, The Memory Hub will feature a free, in-person, one-time introductory class for people diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment or dementia and their families.

Get your questions answered by an expert panel, learn about strategies for living well with memory loss, and learn about resources. You will leave feeling encouraged and more confident for the road ahead. A doctor from the UW Memory & Brain Wellness Center will be present at the class.

The Memory Hub is located at 1021 Columbia Street in Seattle. Space is limited, please register at least two days in advance. To register, contact Marigrace Becker at 206-543-2440 or by email at mbecker1@uw.edu.
