The Wallingford Senior Center is presenting a workshop to help prepare seniors for aging and end-of-life.
This workshop focuses on creating your circles of support no matter what part of your aging journey you are on.
In this highly interactive workshop, you will learn the documents you need most and the process you will need to take to complete them. Discuss topics that you would like to talk about with others.
Presenter Guila Muir has presented at places like Microsoft, Amazon and hundreds of state agencies and non-profit organizations.
All participants will receive the 56-page guidebook, "Ready for Aging."
The workshop takes place on September 6 from 1pm to 4pm at the Wallingford Senior Center in Seattle.
Cost: $10 for members and $20 for non-members.
