The free Healthy Aging Summit takes place on Friday, April 18 on Mercer Island
April 9, 2025

Providence Swedish presents the free Healthy Aging Summit on Friday, April 18 from 10am to 3pm at the Mercer Island Community & Event Center.

The event will feature:

  •  Brain health lecture with evidence-based tips and tricks to help you keep your brain healthy at any age.
  • Interactive breakout sessions include seated dance class (no dance experience necessary); music therapy; brain games.
  • Community Resource Fair with information and resources to better support you and your loved ones.

Morning refreshments and lunch will be provided.

The event is FREE, but there is limited space so reserve your spot today. For more information, email CFHAevents@providence.org
