Wisdom Cafe: Talking About What Scares Us

Join with other older adults in this ongoing, facilitated conversation about aging, hosted by the King County Library System.

The next Wisdom Café takes place on Thursday, November 2, from 2-3:30pm at the Lake Forest Park Library.

This month’s topic is to discuss fear – what scares us about aging and what doesn’t worry you? How do you handle worry or fears, are there people you admire who seem to take aging more easily?

Wisdom Cafes provide space for older adults to engage in conversations about livability issues affecting people as we grow older.

The November 2 Wisdom Café takes place at the Lake Forest Park Library, located at 17171 Bothell Way NE in Lake Forest Park, 206-362-8860.
