Recently released, the Processing Loss Workbook is an outgrowth of my popular Processing Loss Workshop.
Easy to follow, the steps take a reader through the stages of grief and the realities of loss--allowing plenty of time, providing plenty of comfort and assistance.
Along with the exercises, personal examples of experiencing and coping with loss are included. Learn from the struggles and triumphs of others going through similar transitions and pains.
I've produced this book as a legacy to any or all who need it and will use it. Making it free just seemed an obvious part of this...expanding the recipients to as broad a group as possible.
Please share this with others who need it too. (You can't lend a free eBook in its entirety, but you can share the link with others who then get it free also. And you can get the book in paperback version. The link to the Createspace paperback version is on the same page the eBook link brings up.
Please help to make this free promo the start of a more joyous stage of life for as many people as can be reached.
