This year’s theme for Older Americans Month is Age My Way.

“As part of our recognition of older Americans and specifically older adults in King County, we are recognizing the contributions aging adults have made and are making in our community. To support our efforts in changing the narrative around aging, we will be highlighting the personal stories of several friends and clients of Sound Generations each Friday in May.”
