Sitting in the waiting room,
Time ticking by so slow.
Waiting for my Honda,
What's wrong, I just don't know.
"A clicking sound" I told the man,
All dressed in blue was he.
"A clicking sound?" he asked again,
Not quite believing me.
I'm waiting for my Honda,
Staring off into the noisy space,
Workmen hustle in and out.
It must be a puzzling case.
The time ticks on; I patiently wait,
Trying not to think of the cost.
My purse rests on a nearby seat,
My mind wanders off and is lost.
Then suddenly I hear my name;
The loudspeaker shouts it clear.
No more waiting for my Honda.
Now the bill is what I fear.
