On June 16 at 7:30pm, Northwest Center for Creative Aging welcomes you to Town Hall Seattle for music and a conversation with Susan Bardsley. Doors open at 6:30pm.
Susan Bardsley is a Seattle native with degrees in music education and choral conducting. She taught high school in the 1980, then co-founded StoryBook Theater as a professional troupe.
Now Bardsley nurtures beautiful harmonies from ‘women of a certain age.’ A new grandmother at 70, Bardsley brings knowledge, humor and enthusiasm to the choirs she leads.
Bardsley joins Rebecca Crichton, Executive Director of Northwest Center for Creative Aging, to explore why singing at any age does more for our wellbeing than just making beautiful music.
Members of the North Seattle Treble Makers will sing and lead the audience in singing together.
