The King County Library System offers free Wisdom Cafés that provide space for older adults to engage in ongoing and facilitated conversations about livability issues affecting all people as we grow.
On Friday, June 6 from 12:30-2pm, the Lake Forest Park Library is offering “Doctors Know Best…Or Do They?” Some questions to contemplate: How can we be prepared for medical appointments, surgeries and diagnoses? How can we learn, question and double check? Or should we? Registration in not required for this free event, but for more information, visit the following link: Wisdom Cafe June 6.
On Thursday, June 12 from 2-3:30pm, the Richmond Beach Library is offering “Summer Dreams.” What were summers like when you were a child? How does your routine or activity level change when the weather warms up? What can you do this summer that you haven’t done in a long time? What can you do to make it memorable? Registration in not required for this free event, but for more information, visit the following link: Wisdom Cafe June 12.
