Independent living with peace of mind

As Snohomish County’s only Life Plan Community, Cascade Village gives people 62 and better the freedom to live the life they want with the peace of mind of our all-inclusive Life Care contract. Does Life Care really save you money? The short answer is yes. Because it allows you to avoid the high costs of market-rate skilled nursing, if you should need it in the future. You’ll also have unlimited access to a complete continuum of healthcare services, including assisted living, short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing and memory care — all at a predictable cost.

Passions lead to actions

Maintaining an active lifestyle is important at every stage of life, but especially once you retire. Staying active becomes a lot easier when you have the resources to continue living the life you’re accustomed to — and beyond. At Cascade Village, you’ll have every opportunity to pursue your passions and live vibrantly. You’re encouraged to play a round of pickleball, socialize at the clubhouse, enjoy a class at the fitness center, relax in the pool or enjoy an evening with friends around the firepit. From improving mental health to preventing physical injuries, there are countless benefits to living in an active community that offers supported services through all stages of life. Every day is yours to enjoy how you desire.

YOUR LIFESTYLE QUESTIONS ANSWERED

> What points of attraction are nearby in Marysville?

Being located in Marysville gives Cascade Village the convenience of being in the Seattle metropolitan area while being more affordable than the Seattle communities. Our community is located near shopping, restaurants, outdoor adventures, hospitals and a major freeway. That includes your choice of golf courses and endless possibilities on the water, including boating, kayaking, swimming and fishing, along with countless walking and hiking trails. The area is close to many lakes and just a short distance to Deception Pass, the northern Puget Sound, the San Juan Islands, and multiple marinas and yacht clubs.

> What activities/amenities will you offer?

Our community features a pickleball court and a clubhouse, offering exercise classes at the fitness center, a theater room, an indoor pool and a hot tub. Culinary options include gourmet dining, a cafe and a bar. Shared spaces such as the outdoor pavilion, firepit and arts & crafts room encourage social activities.
