Daffodil Festival & Grand Floral Parade

Join the festivities of the Daffodil Grand Floral Parade on Saturday, April 1st as the festival celebrates its 90th anniversary. There has been a parade every year since 1934, with the exception of the war years of 1943, 1944 and 1945, as well as 2020 during the global pandemic. The festival started as a celebration of the agricultural industry in the Puyallup and Sumner area but has grown to include four cities. One day…Rain or Shine! It starts in Tacoma at 10:15am, then goes through Puyallup, Sumner and Orting. The parade includes daffodil-covered floats, marching bands, clowns and pirates. Tulip Festival

The Skagit Valley Tulip Festival runs throughout the month of April, but because of the cool temperatures in late March, the tulips are slow to bloom this year. Be sure to check the bloom status before taking a trip to Skagit Valley: https://tulipfestival.org/bloom/
