Aging is an opportunity to discover new capacities and new interests. Would you like to participate in an interactive discussion about aging? On January 20 at 7:30 – both live at Town Hall Seattle or streaming, Dori Gilliam of Northwest Center for Creative Aging, discusses how to talk about aging in a positive affirming way.
Some topics up for discussion include: What do you wish society would stop saying about your generation? How can we begin valuing all ages – including ours?
Dori Gilliam describes the talk as interactive and fun. In addition to her work with the Northwest Center for Creative Aging – an organization the advocates for creativity vitality – she is a speaker and writer, and a charter member of the Age Friendly Seattle Coalition.
