Did you catch Mark Bryant’s AARP podcast? The focus of the podcast is helping older adults get into shape.

Mark, a longtime senior fitness columnist for Northwest Prime Time, was interviewed for the “Health, Wealth & Self” podcast by AARP Washington. This podcast, hosted by Bruce Carlson, is all about living your best life after age 50.

Mark Bryant is a Corrective Exercise Specialist, He has been a personal trainer for 25 years, a Senior Fitness Specialist for 15 years and currently leads classes at Southeast Seattle Senior Center. If you followed his Northwest Prime Time column, you also know that Mark is also a nine-time Powerlifting World Champion and two-time inductee into the Powerlifting Hall of Fame.
