Bucketlist–Ride on a Motorcycle

Sharing Stories

Paul Stocklin takes Kay Chelemedos for a spin on his motorcycle. A typical day at their Write about Your Life class at Greenwood Senior Center!

Everyone has some kind of unfulfilled dream, right?

Kay Chelemedos in her late eighties, remarked to our Greenwood Senior Center Write about Your Life class that she’d never ridden on a motorcycle and would still like to do that.

Another member, Paul Stocklin, offered—then and there—to take her for a ride.

Kay’s husband Peter cautiously suggested that, instead of a ride, Kay pose with Paul on the bike so she could have bragging rights WITHOUT any broken bones or scrapes.

Hilarity resulted along with some pretty convincing snapshots.
